Organizational consulting

With systemic organizational consulting, we look together not just at individual aspects, but at the entire social structure of your organization. Together we analyze interactions, identify patterns and develop holistic solutions to promote change and increase the effectiveness of your organization. Let's work together on a holistic approach that takes into account the dynamics of your organization and enables long-term positive change.

What exactly could that look like?

Challenge
Your team has great concepts, but then they just don't translate into reality? Somehow the implementation isn't working?

Approach

I look at the different dimensions of your organization, such as processes, social, technology and form hypotheses. I'll introduce them to you and we'll decide together where we want to start.

Mediation

As a mediator, I accompany you in an out-of-court conflict resolution process. I support the development of a conflict solution by opening clarification processes and, through structure and methodology, give the conflict parties involved support and space to find a solution in which the interests of all people, groups or organizations involved are equally taken into account.

What exactly could that look like?

Mediation is a structured process and therefore gives the parties security in a generally demanding situation.

1. Getting started - I explain the process and we clarify the rules of the game. With your consent we will move on to the next phase.

2. Clarification of perspectives - Each party is given the space to present their perspective on things.

3. Conflict clarification - Here I talk to you about the background to the conflict and what needs might be affected.

4. Solution options - We look for different options together.

5. Agreement - We record the solution together.

Process facilitation

As a process facilitator, I am at your side to support teams and managers throughout the entire change process. As a neutral facilitator, I improve communication, address conflicts and ensure that your organization achieves its goals effectively and successfully. Let’s work together to ensure that your change is as successful as possible. I can particularly support Workday implementations and negotiations with the works council with a wealth of experience.

What exactly could that look like?

Challenge

Are you about to introduce Workday and are you wondering how best to work with your works council? The relationship isn't the best, but introducing a cloud solution against the works council hasn't made the processes more effective so far.

Approach

We look at the current situation together. What is possible, where are the limits, for example a parent company abroad. Then I make process suggestions and get to know the stakeholders in order to form my own opinion and create trust.

I will continue to be available to you during the process and will support if conflicts arise.

We first clarify the question of what constitutes fairness for you and discuss what that means for your processes. Solutions depend heavily on your structures and which standards from the Comp & Ben world make sense for you and where a little creativity may be required.
