About me

Technology-savvy organizational psychologist with 7 years of experience in implementing digitalization and transformation projects in complex environments.
My professional career includes positions as an HR business partner in start-ups and in public broadcasting, where I was able to advise executives and top management on the strategic development of the organization and implement organization-wide projects. Previously, as a consultant for HR digitalization processes in a management consultancy, I was able to support many different companies in their implementation of Workday - from hidden champions to global corporations with 60,000 employees.

Meeting people at eye level and finding solutions together was one of my strengths during my time as a consultant, which I was able to use particularly in negotiations between the works council and the company in order to find a good solution together with all parties. Recognizing potential in conflicts, being open and finding solutions even in difficult situations has long characterized my work.
